Refund & Cancellation Policy ensures clarity and fairness for all
clients.
1. Cancellation by Customer
Charge fee in below conditions:

No refund if bookings with special offers or discounts are
cancelled.

If work has already started, only partial refund (up to 50%) may
be issued based on the progress.
2. Cancellation by Startup Bridge

If we are unable to deliver services due to internal issues, a
100% refund will be provided within 5-7 working days.
3. Non-Refundable Services
Please Note
The following services are non-refundable once work has commenced:
- Services involving legal documentation
- Digital assets (like logo, website, ads)
- Once submitted work
- Any government fees or third-party platform charges
4. Mode of Refund

(Bank Transfer / UPI / Card)
